In 2014, Encino Energy implemented Enertia to consolidate production accounting, reserves management, and regulatory reporting as part of its Oil Gas and Chemicals ERP footprint. Enertia was configured to support production tracking, accounting workflows and reserves database stewardship across the company.
Implementation focused on Enertia production and accounting modules, with configuration for operated and non operated production tracking, cost and pricing ledger entries, and production reporting workflows. Reserves processes included loading, maintaining and quality control of the reserves database within the Enertia environment, and procedures to produce economic summaries and cash flows were coordinated with ARIES databases. Technical support workflows were established to support acquisition and divestiture projects in the Bakken and Anadarko basins.
Named integrations included ARIES for economic cash flow modeling and reporting, and a data pipeline that extracted log files from TGS and loaded them into Geographix for geological consultants. Operational coverage spanned production accounting, reserves, operations and A&D teams, with reporting paths to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, the Office of Natural Resources Revenue, and the Texas Railroad Commission. The Enertia application was used to generate weekly production summary reports for management and to support regulatory filings.
Governance changes emphasized data quality controls and closer alignment between field personnel, the operations manager and accounting staff to streamline production data entry and reporting processes. Procedures and role responsibilities were formalized around Enertia data stewardship and ARIES handoffs for economic analysis. Encino Energy used Enertia as its primary Oil Gas and Chemicals ERP for production accounting and reserves management.

| ION Investment Group | Legacy | ION Openlink Endur | ETRM | TRM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Encino Energy implemented ION Openlink Endur ETRM to support its natural gas scheduling, nominations, and day to day gas position management. The deployment emphasized operational scheduling workflows and pathing and actualization capabilities to align pipeline nominations with field production and midstream transport activities.
Configuration centered on Endur modules for nomination lifecycle management, pathing and actualization, daily flow monitoring, imbalance management, and capacity release surveillance. Functional responsibilities documented in the implementation include submitting nominations per pipeline procedures, monitoring gas flow and imbalances, reporting capacity release opportunities, and providing support to accounting and other internal departments, reflecting an ETRM use case that spans operational scheduling through financial reconciliation.
Operational integration included frequent interfacing with pipeline electronic bulletin board systems and scheduling counterparts, specifically requiring familiarity with TETCO, TGP, Rover, NEXUS, BHE GT&S DTI, and DEO. The implementation covered coordination across upstream production operations, midstream scheduling functions, and corporate accounting, with Endur serving as the system of record for nomination pathing and actualized delivery positions.
Governance and runbook expectations reinforced continuous operational coverage, including night and weekend rotation for schedulers, and a staffing profile that values direct experience implementing and managing ETRM systems. The role and operating model specified modest travel of five to ten percent and relied on cross functional communication protocols between scheduling, pipeline representatives, production operations, and accounting to sustain ongoing Endur operations.
