The Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management deployment targeted Absence and Leave Management for an organization of about 400 employees in the manufacturing business, and configurations were aligned to local statutory requirements under the Employment Act.
Configuration work emphasized core absence modules, including leave request and approval workflows, entitlement and accrual rules, absence reason coding, reporting, and employee self-service for submission and balance visibility. The system was configured with role based approval routing to reflect HR and line manager hierarchies and calendar rules tuned to company policy and statutory leave entitlements.
Energizer maintained employee master data across HR tooling, updates were recorded in Prosoft and SuccessFactors and payroll updates were coordinated with an external payroll vendor as part of operational integration. The implementation supported HR functions across recruitment onboarding, payroll coordination, work pass administration, union relations, exit processing, and provided data for monthly headcount and attrition reporting and statutory surveys.
Governance and process work accompanied the rollout, with HR policy reviews of compensation and benefits to align leave rules to the Employment Act, and ongoing audit and compliance activities managed through the HR team. The deployment also provided administrative support to the Kuala Lumpur HR manager on Employment Pass matters and embedded leave workflows into broader employee lifecycle processes.
