In 2019, Enorossi implemented Alexide SolidRules InCentro, a Product Lifecycle Management application, to establish a 3D spare-parts system for after-sales service. The deployment was executed with SI partner Desys srl and focused on integrating CAD and PDM data into a unified parts management workflow.
Alexide SolidRules InCentro was configured to manage CAD/PDM artifacts and to underpin service and spare-parts processes, enabling centralized control of part master data, 3D visualization linkages, and parts lookup for service technicians. Functional modules implemented included PDM document and CAD data management, spare-parts catalog provisioning, and 3D visualization orchestration consistent with Product Lifecycle Management capabilities.
The implementation integrated Alexide SolidRules InCentro with Linkersys and SAP 3D Visual Enterprise to deliver interactive 3D spare-parts views and part identification inside service workflows. Operational coverage targeted Enorossi service and after-sales operations in Italy, connecting engineering CAD data with field service parts lookup and spare-parts ordering processes.
Governance and rollout were managed with Desys srl as the implementation partner, aligning PDM configuration and service process workflows to standardize spare-parts data and support faster internal handoffs. The deployment reduced errors in spare-parts management and accelerated internal workflows, outcomes reported by Enorossi following the go live.
