Acumatica Legacy Acumatica Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, ENS Security implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP to centralize finance and distribution accounting. The deployment used Acumatica Cloud ERP as the companywide ERP Financial backbone for a 180 employee distributor with approximately 10 branch locations, consolidating general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and purchasing ledgers into a single cloud-hosted instance. Configuration focused on core financial workflows and distribution controls, including month-end close orchestration, bank reconciliation, vendor invoice coding and posting, invoice aging and collections management, and inventory and purchase order adjustments across branches. The implementation supported filing monthly and quarterly sales tax returns for five states, and accommodated reconciliation of roughly 250 vendor statements as part of routine AP and audit work. Acumatica Cloud ERP was operated alongside Avalara for sales tax calculation and filing, and Salesforce for sales and customer record alignment, with Microsoft productivity tools used for reporting and documentation. The system supported procurement and goods receipt processes for vendors located in the United States, China, and Thailand, and provided the transactional record used by accounting, operations, collections, and internal audit teams across the branch network. Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, accounting personnel authored a daily work handbook, internal controls were designed with internal audit, and three new accounting associates were trained to operate the system. Explicit outcomes recorded after implementation include recovery of about $1,000 from a sales tax miscalculation, prevention of a potential $10,000 loss by locating missing ocean shipments, and maintenance of timely monthly closes and reconciliations under the Acumatica Cloud ERP ERP Financial deployment.

Visa Legacy Visa CardinalCommerce eCommerce Fraud Protection eCommerce n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, ENS Security deployed Visa CardinalCommerce on its website to provide eCommerce Fraud Protection for online checkout and cardholder authentication. ENS Security implemented Visa CardinalCommerce as the site-level authentication and risk orchestration layer to protect customer payment flows and reduce authentication exposure at the point of sale. The implementation leverages Visa CardinalCommerce capabilities common to the eCommerce Fraud Protection category, including 3-D Secure authentication, risk-based challenge orchestration, and device and session signal collection to support frictionless versus challenge flows during checkout. Configuration work focused on authentication policy tuning, challenge rules, and embedding CardinalCommerce controls into the site checkout sequence so that authentication occurs prior to payment authorization. Integration scope was limited to the public website checkout and the payments authorization path, with CardinalCommerce positioned between the storefront checkout and the merchant payment processing pipeline. Operational coverage included ecommerce and payments functions, with cardholder authentication flows routed through CardinalCommerce and challenge handling surfaced to payments and risk operations teams for review and manual escalation when needed. Governance and rollout emphasized policy configuration and operational handoffs, ENS Security instrumented authentication event logging and response workflows to align fraud operations with checkout handling. Visa CardinalCommerce was restated in operational runbooks and monitoring to ensure the eCommerce Fraud Protection controls were maintained as part of ongoing payments and risk management processes.
