In 2016, Ensto deployed Hotjar on its public website to support Customer Experience activities. The implementation was delivered with assistance from AMT-SYBEX and focused on web level instrumentation rather than backend integration.
The Hotjar deployment used the vendor’s client side JavaScript snippet to capture usability signals typical to the Customer Experience category, configured for heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, on page surveys and form analytics. Configuration work included sampling and recording filters, page scope rules, and event tagging to align captured sessions with product and marketing touch points.
AMT-SYBEX managed the rollout and operational configuration, provisioning tracking across Ensto.com and coordinating deployment with site consent flows and cookie management. Operational ownership was established for digital teams, enabling Marketing, UX and product stakeholders to access Hotjar data for user behavior analysis and qualitative feedback.
Governance focused on scoped data capture and role based access to recordings, with phased expansion of instrumentation to prioritize high traffic pages. The narrative centers on Ensto, Hotjar, Customer Experience and web level UX telemetry implemented in 2016 with AMT-SYBEX as the implementation partner.

In 2020, Ensto implemented Clausion Financial Consolidation. The project centralized group-level consolidation and close workflows within Ensto's corporate finance function, using Clausion Financial Consolidation to support Financial Consolidation and Close processes across the group.
Deployment emphasized improved reporting, efficiency and automation, building on Ensto's long-standing use of Clausion and its predecessor Basware solutions. Configuration work focused on automated data collection, entity-level reporting, currency translation, consolidation ledgers, intercompany elimination and workflow-driven close orchestration to standardize period-end activities and accelerate reporting cycles.
Integrations were structured to pull statutory and management balances from operational ERP sources and to feed consolidated reports into group reporting processes, aligning data flows with finance controls and close calendars. Governance remained with Group Controller oversight, and selection followed competitive tendering where Tiina Ravaska, Group Controller, stated "Clausion has been a reliable partner. When we were doing a competitive tendering, it was clear that Clausion solution was more ready for financial consolidation than its competitors".
