Operational coverage included the front office, billing department, scheduling department, and the newly implemented surgery center, with QuickBooks acting as the system of record for company invoices and collections activity.
Between October 2016 and December 2017 staff produced forms, displays, and pricing analyses using QuickBooks together with Excel and Word, including a breakeven analysis that informed a self pay pricing scale for the surgery center.
