In 2021, Envida implemented Hotjar on their public website to capture user interactions and inform digital service design. The deployment positions Hotjar within Envida's Customer Experience stack, with the application name Hotjar explicitly used for session-level behavior analysis and on-site feedback collection.
Hotjar was configured to collect session recordings, heatmaps, conversion funnel data, on-site surveys, and feedback widgets, reflecting standard Hotjar capabilities common in the Customer Experience category.
