In 2024, Envisant selected Q2 Fabric as its Digital Banking platform to migrate and modernize its prepaid, gift and travel card portfolio for a network of nearly 2,000 U.S. credit union clients. The selection was announced in October 2024, and migration and go live work was planned into 2025 based on Q2s timeline and migration scope, targeting streamlined back office operations and improved cardholder experience.
The implementation centers on consolidating prepaid, gift and travel card servicing onto Q2 Fabric, with configuration aligned to card lifecycle management, transaction processing, provisioning and cardholder servicing workflows typical of Digital Banking platforms. Deployment intent reflects a centralized platform architecture under Q2 Fabric to unify card operations and reporting across the credit union network, and the program is organized as a phased migration per Q2s schedule into 2025 with governance focused on operational cutover, data migration sequencing and service continuity for operations, payments and member service teams.
