Rollout activities documented in the vendor case study included asset tagging, mobile SFA adoption by sales representatives, and formalized fault resolution and maintenance scheduling processes. Outcomes reported in the case study included increased salesforce productivity, faster resolution of faulty assets, and better strategic distribution of assets.
