Oracle Sage 500 ERP (formerly MAS 500) Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, ERA Home Security implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The implementation was an ERP Financial deployment that replaced Sage 500 ERP formerly known as MAS 500 and targeted consolidation of financial and inventory control across the ERA division. The program configured core ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory management, order to cash and procurement workflows, aligned to support head office relocation and three warehouse consolidation projects. Configuration work focused on multientity financial consolidation and asset management workflows consistent with manufacturing and distribution operations. The ERP rollout ran alongside a broader IT consolidation program that included migrations to Office 365, Mimecast email protection, cloud backup for endpoints and servers, Cisco Meraki networking and unified voice deployment, all noted as completed or in progress by IT leadership. Data migration and cutover replaced transactional processing in Sage 500 ERP and required coordination with warehouse and order management teams. Governance for the NetSuite rollout was managed internally by an IT management team that provided support, mentoring and development for direct reports including two IT managers and two IT analysts, and managed budget and asset management responsibilities. Process and operational ownership shifted toward centralized finance and consolidated warehouse processes, with the IT team orchestrating rollout, endpoint management and ongoing support during the transition.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 ERA Home Security implemented Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform to centralize email and team collaboration. The organization is using Office 365 Mail on their website, and Microsoft 365 is positioned to support internal communications and document sharing across the company. Implementation emphasis was on cloud-hosted collaboration capabilities within Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online for email, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for document libraries and file sync, and Microsoft Teams for synchronous collaboration. Configuration work aligned to common Collaboration functions, with mailbox setup, shared document libraries, team sites, and basic user access controls established for a company-level deployment. Operational integration included routing website messages through Office 365 Mail and configuring corporate domain email routing, which indicates DNS records and mailbox routing were part of the rollout. The deployment scope was focused on company-wide communication and content collaboration for ERA Home Security, supporting business functions such as IT administration, operations, and office productivity. Governance centered on standard Microsoft 365 administration and user lifecycle processes, including account provisioning, mailbox configuration and basic information governance rules for shared content. Rollout practices reflected small enterprise scale, with configuration and operational ownership kept within internal IT and no external system integrator referenced.
