Configuration emphasized self service alternatives to traditional reception procedures and automated registration processes to shift transactional work to guests before arrival. The rollout targeted front desk and guest operations at the Estrel Berlin property within Estrel Germany, covering reservations, guest services and reception teams. Operational scope was localized to the hotel site and oriented to reduce in person processing during peak arrival periods. Operational governance revised front desk processes to accept pre arrival confirmations and online payments and to manage increased digital guest messaging volumes. The implementation achieved around 80% online check ins and reduced waiting times, significantly relieving staff at the country s largest hotel.
