In 2017 Etalent Solutions implemented Staffline ATS, an Applicant Tracking System, to centralize recruiting and talent acquisition for the 50 employee professional services firm based in Algeria. The implementation placed Staffline ATS at the center of requisition intake and candidate tracking, aligning HR and hiring manager activities to a single system of record.
Staffline ATS was configured to leverage standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job posting distribution, candidate database and resume parsing, configurable hiring stages, interview scheduling, and requisition management. Automated workflow rules and status transitions were established to enforce hiring stage progression and to reduce manual status updates across open roles.
Operational use emphasized daily sourcing through external job portals, with recruiters using Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder alongside Staffline ATS for candidate attraction and intake. The deployment was operated by the internal HR function and hiring managers in Algeria, with role based access controls and user provisioning to separate recruiter and hiring manager workflows.
Governance centered on centralized requisition approvals, standardized interview and offer workflows, and audit trails for candidate status changes to maintain hiring compliance and record keeping. Configuration and workflow changes were managed within the HR team to maintain consistent recruitment processes across the organization.
