The deployment of ProJEcta JE-ERP was positioned to connect management software, existing high tech machinery, and organizational processes to support manufacturing finance and operational visibility. ProJEcta JE-ERP, categorized as ERP Financial, was configured to deliver core financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting and cost accounting, with configuration to expose production cost and inventory valuation data to finance users. The implementation emphasized financial control, transactional accounting workflows, and financial reporting aligned with manufacturing cost flows. The program ran in parallel with a funded training plan executed in collaboration with ALPE ADRIA SERVIZI under ESF contribution and Veneto Region DGR 101 O of 12 July 2019, and the technical scope included integration of JE-ERP with shop floor data flows and Industry 4.0 technologies to create tighter information flow between plant systems and financial ledgers. Operational coverage targeted functions across departments and offices, with the ERP serving finance, production accounting and inventory finance use cases. Governance and rollout combined five discrete interventions to integrate technical, managerial and organizational skills with IT and digital skills, and the training plan engaged 18 key figures to broaden specialization, promote collaborative behaviors and support adoption of the ProJEcta JE-ERP system. The combined implementation and training trajectory was oriented to make Eurocomponenti more connected, intelligent and competitive through digital innovation in manufacturing and finance.
