UKG Pro Compliance was configured to automate Payroll-Based Journal reporting and to centralize compliance reporting across multiple sites, aligning PBJ automation with time capture and payroll processes. Functional capabilities emphasized in the deployment include automated PBJ generation, centralized compliance reporting, and reconciliation of time and attendance data to payroll records through UKG products.
Operationally the solution unified HR, time and attendance, and payroll functions under a single vendor stack, enabling the HR and payroll teams at site and corporate levels to use shared reporting and governance constructs. Integrations remained within the UKG suite, linking UKG Pro Compliance to UKG Pro HCM and UKG Workforce Management to maintain a continuous data flow from time capture to compliance reporting.
Governance changes centered on centralizing PBJ reporting processes and standardizing workflows for payroll and timekeeping across Eventide sites, reducing manual handoffs and creating a single compliance reporting workflow.
