Governance incorporated documented screening order procedures, review and distribution of new hire paperwork, and procedural follow up to ensure completeness before onboarding milestones. Sterling Background Check served as the BackGround Screening application used to standardize screening workflows across recruiting and HR operations at eVerge Group.
