EVOGO Technographics
Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by EVOGO and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 1175 EVOGO employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that EVOGO has purchased the following applications: Sophos Connect for VPN in 2024 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems EVOGO is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with Sophos or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing EVOGO revenues, which have grown to $294.0 million in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for EVOGO intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

In 2024 EVOGO implemented Sophos Connect as its VPN solution to provide encrypted remote access for employees, scoped to the banking and financial services environment in the United Kingdom. The project was delivered by VAR VeryPC and targeted network security and remote-access use cases, aligning EVOGO Application VPN Business Function with centralized gateway controls.
The deployment used Sophos Firewall as the centralized termination point and Sophos Connect to provision client-based VPN tunnels, with configuration focused on encrypted session termination, policy-based access controls, and centralized VPN session management. Sophos Connect was configured alongside firewall routing and NAT policies to ensure secure remote access, while standard VPN operational capabilities such as client provisioning and session monitoring were applied across the estate.
Integration with Sophos Intercept X (with XDR) was implemented to harden endpoints and feed telemetry into EVOGO security operations, enabling coordinated endpoint protection and network control. This integration connected Sophos Connect VPN sessions and Sophos Firewall telemetry with endpoint detection and response workflows, extending protection for remote workers and aligning network and endpoint security capabilities.
Governance and rollout were delivered by VeryPC with configuration, testing, and operational handover to EVOGO IT and security teams, including documentation and operational procedures for VPN administration. The combined Sophos Firewall, Sophos Connect, and Sophos Intercept X (with XDR) implementation was intended to harden the environment and reduce risk for remote workers, improving EVOGO VPN and network security posture without introducing vendor replacement claims.
