In 2019 Evomet implemented MS5 ERP in the Manufacturing ERP category to centralize production planning and industrial accounting across its design and production operations for extendable table mechanisms and furnishing accessories. Francesco Onofri, CEO and owner, directed the investment to ensure that planning and order margin control were embedded in the core system, with the stated objective of improving transparency and cost control at the order level.
Evomet deployed MS5 ERP Portal with a configuration that combines MES, work account C/Lavoro, WMS, MRP, APS and a management control module. The implementation emphasized real time production monitoring, automated release and tracking of production orders, material requirements proposals from MRP, and APS driven scheduling of ODL work orders, while the work account and management control module were configured to capture detailed actuals for operating margin analysis.
Integration work focused on a direct data flow between the MES and the MS5 ERP core, an integrated WMS for warehouse and movement management, and a digital subcontracting flow to improve material traceability. The ERP records outgoing batches with OCL codes tied to DDT documents, automates returns verification on goods receipt, digitizes QR code reading for location and item handling, and automates picking and packing workflows, covering production, warehouse, purchasing and administrative reconciliation processes.
Process governance was reinforced by embedding industrial accounting rules and management control workflows in the ERP, enabling order level margin tracking and faster invoice reconciliation with subcontractors. Automation reduced manual entries for production order releases and standardized operational procedures for subcontracting and logistics, aligning shop floor transactions with accounting and purchasing records.
Evomet reported explicit outcomes in operational terms, including faster order processing, more flexible production scheduling, improved efficiency in material and resource use, better organization of incoming and outgoing material flows, reduced administrative errors and more scalable logistics processes. The MS5 ERP implementation was positioned to support ongoing business growth through improved operational efficiency and tighter process control.

| Casali IT Solutions | Legacy | MS5 WMS | Warehouse Management | SCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Evomet implemented MS5 WMS as part of the MS5 Erp Portal Warehouse Management capabilities to formalize warehouse, logistics and inventory control across its production operations. The decision, driven by CEO and owner Francesco Onofri, followed a strategic investment in industrial accounting and planning modules to control order operating margins and support rapid product range expansion into the furniture supply chain.
The implementation combined modules for MES integration, work account C/Lavoro, WMS, MRP and APS together with a management control module. MS5 WMS was configured to automate location coding, QR code scanning, and picking and packing workflows, while MRP manages material replenishment proposals and APS schedules ODL work orders to align capacity and material availability. The MES connection provides real time production status into the ERP and automates the release of production orders to reduce manual entries.
Integrations implemented include the real time MES to ERP data flow and transactional links that support subcontracting processes, specifically tracking outgoing batches with OCL codes tied to delivery documents DDT and automating incoming returns verification from the ERP. Operational coverage spans production, logistics, procurement and administrative reconciliation with external subcontractors and warehouse sites, enabling tighter material traceability in subcontracting operations.
Governance and process changes were led from the executive level with a focus on planning as the basis of structured work, the rollout emphasized automated production management and synchronized logistics operations. The management control module was embedded to provide detailed analysis of actual data and industrial accounting visibility for project margins, aligning operational workflows to financial control and supplier invoice reconciliation.
Explicit outcomes recorded by Evomet include faster order processing, more flexible production, greater efficiency in material and resource use, improved organization of incoming and outgoing materials, reduced administrative errors and greater document transparency, and optimized delivery times with more scalable logistics processes. MS5 WMS is referenced within the MS5 Erp Portal as the Warehouse Management component supporting these operational improvements.
