| IFCA Software | Legacy | IFCA PropertyX | Real Estate Property Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2024 | 2024 | In 2024, Exchange 106 implemented IFCA PropertyX to manage operations for the landmark TRX tower in Kuala Lumpur. IFCA PropertyX, used as a Real Estate Property Management application, was configured to centralize tenancy administration, maintenance workflows and tenant self-service for the building. The deployment leveraged IFCA's Lease365 module from the IFCA RentX Property suite to orchestrate lease lifecycle processes, maintenance ticketing and a tenant-facing mobile app. Configuration emphasized automated workflows for lease events and maintenance requests, and real-time reporting was enabled to support operational visibility and status tracking. Operational coverage targeted building level property operations, supporting facilities management and leasing teams while extending self-service capabilities directly to tenants through the tenant app. Governance adjustments focused on role based access and workflow escalation rules to route maintenance and tenant inquiries into the new system. The project was published as a PropertyX success story and reported outcomes included reduced maintenance costs, improved automation and higher tenant satisfaction through real-time reporting and the tenant app. |
