In 2018, EXOS implemented Exercise.com for Gym Management at a new corporate fitness center. The site-centric deployment placed Exercise.com into the core of on-site operations, with the site lead accountable for day-to-day execution of group exercise scheduling, monthly reporting, payroll and budgeting, and the design and delivery of wellness programs. Operational scope covered the corporate fitness center staff and program participants, tying Exercise.com Gym Management capabilities directly to corporate wellness and HR operational needs.
Configuration emphasized scheduling and roster management for group exercise, a reporting and analytics module to produce monthly reports, and payroll and budgeting workflows to manage center staffing costs. Functional modules implemented included class booking and attendance, assessment and exercise prescription records, personalized workout programming, and consolidated reporting for operational and financial oversight. Governance and process changes were led at site level, with the site lead establishing standard operating procedures for scheduling, reporting cadence, payroll approvals, and program rollout to ensure consistent program delivery through Exercise.com.
