| Constellation Software Inc. | Legacy | CSI Jonas Club Finance And Accounting | Gym Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2015 | In 2015, Fairfield Glade Community Club implemented CSI Jonas Club Finance And Accounting as a core Gym Management application to consolidate club financials and member services. The deployment was scoped to support the club complex that serves over 18,000 property owners, encompassing five 18 hole golf courses, marinas, tennis and pool facilities, a community and conference center, and a municipal enterprise for waste treatment, with oversight across more than 40 departmental functions and a staff population described in internal records. The implementation of CSI Jonas Club Finance And Accounting included explicit finance and operations modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, point of sale, club management, tee times, construction project accounting, and inventory control. The deployment tied financial workflows to member records and operational modules so that GL and A/P reconciliations, payroll accounting, fixed asset management, and construction cost tracking were consolidated within the same application suite. Architecturally the solution was operated through the club IT department and deployed across more than 15 buildings, supporting over 100 workstations and local network operations. Operational coverage extended to clubhouse retail and POS touchpoints, tee time reservations, maintenance of irrigation and construction project records, marina transactions, and municipal billing for the waste treatment enterprise, aligning club operational data with finance and inventory records. Governance and process restructuring accompanied the technical rollout, with direct oversight from the Director of Finance who supervised over 20 accounting and member records staff and coordinated with the General Manager, Board, and divisional directors. The Construction module was used in concert with capital planning processes for multimillion dollar projects, and the finance suite supported internal controls, external audit preparation, internal reconciliations, employee benefit accounting, and long range operating and capital budgeting workflows. The CSI Jonas Club Finance And Accounting implementation therefore centralized Club Management and finance functions under a single Gym Management application, enabling integrated accounting, member services, inventory and project accounting workflows across the club enterprise and its municipal service components. |
