In 2015, Famed implemented Exact Globe as the core ERP Financial platform for its finance function. The Exact Globe implementation served as the anchor of a broader program that in 2016 extended to include Exact Synergy and Salary Plus, targeting HR, Finance and MarCom departments and centralizing transactional finance and payroll processing.
The deployment included configuration of finance ledgers and payroll interfaces, supplier management workflows and data cleanup efforts to consolidate master data. Exact Globe was configured alongside Exact Synergy and Salary Plus to support document composition and output layout updates, and the program included phased delivery of the first increment which was completed on schedule.
Integration workstreams included a program to merge Famed and Infomedics onto one system and brand, documented in a drafted Integration Plan and executed through cross organizational working groups. The project integrated third party credit management applications Credit Manager from Onguard, IncassoMonitor from Assensia, and Mail-2-Pay into a unified credit management platform, coordinated with external business partners such as bailiffs and debt monitors and with internal development teams in the Netherlands and Romania.
Governance was managed by a designated project manager based in Amersfoort who facilitated and supervised working groups, monitored schedules, and communicated with executive management and EY for advisory support. The program addressed regulatory governance by preparing decision making for GDPR aligned retention periods and performed an Agile based transition for output management that phased out StreamServe and prepared the move to the external print partner AddComm.
