In 2017, Family Allergy & Asthma implemented Stampli AP Automation Platform to address a lack of visibility into its accounts payable pipeline and the high volume of non PO invoices arriving by postal mail. The organization received roughly 400 monthly invoices and departments ordered directly from vendors, which left finance without insight into invoice status until goods arrived.
Stampli AP Automation Platform was configured to capture and code inbound invoices, support approvals and provide an audit trail, while preserving the organization’s existing payment processes. The implementation included field mapping to the company ERP and approval workflow setup, enabling approximately 15 approvers to route and approve invoices electronically.
Stampli was integrated with Intacct as part of the deployment, with Stampli’s team helping map fields to the Family Allergy & Asthma Intacct account. Operational coverage extended across finance and departmental approvers supporting clinics in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee, and the solution handled the organization’s non PO invoice workflows.
The rollout was rapid, with the platform brought online in about one day and approver training delivered using Stampli resources, which enabled remote approval capabilities during the COVID-19 work from home period. Controller feedback indicates Stampli improved AP process visibility and established a foundational automation capability for future accounts payable workflow enhancements.

| Sterling Talent Solutions | Legacy | Sterling Background Check | BackGround Screening | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Family Allergy & Asthma implemented Sterling Background Check. Sterling Background Check, a BackGround Screening application, was configured to support pre-onboarding background check authorizations and results processing for clinical hires across 72+ locations in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania.
The Sterling Background Check deployment covered standard BackGround Screening capabilities including submission of candidate authorizations, receipt and reconciliation of criminal and identity reports, and integration into pre-onboarding status workflows. Sterling Background Check was instrumented alongside drug screening processes conducted via LabCorp and the collection of drug screen results, and background check outcomes were linked to offer and welcome letters produced via Adobe E-Sign and to Kronos UKG new hire records. The configuration also fed status information into the company intranet and the Relias Learning Management System to gate required training assignments.
Integrations were explicitly operational with Breezy ATS for candidate sourcing and with Kronos UKG, Relias, LabCorp, and Baptist Works for downstream compliance and credential verification. Operational coverage included recruiting coordination, pre-onboarding activities, weekly in-person and remote new hire orientations, and quarterly audits to maintain compliance with I9s, background checks, required licenses, drug screens, and active drivers license verification. The rollout targeted clinical hiring workflows across regional sites, with the Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator managing submissions, scheduling, and travel to lead orientations and acquired employee onboarding in York Pennsylvania and Bloomington Indiana.
Governance and process restructuring centered on formalized submission workflows for background authorizations, triage of HR helpdesk tickets related to screening, and quarterly new hire audits to enforce compliance rules. Special projects tied to the implementation included automated onboarding and orientation process improvements and a streamlined Covid-19 reporting process. Stated outcomes include successful orientation and onboarding of acquired employees and the proposal and implementation of revised orientation and onboarding processes to improve operational efficiency.
