In 2022 Farina Pizza went live with Flipdish using a Flipdish white label app and a self service kiosk at its Donaghadee location in Northern Ireland. Farina Pizza implemented Flipdish Pay as the Payment Processing component to enable integrated payments across the mobile ordering app and on premises kiosk, aligning checkout flows and vendor fee billing within the Flipdish platform.
The implementation deployed Flipdish white label mobile ordering and a kiosk to address front of house wait times and to increase average order value, with Flipdish Pay handling card and in app payment capture and kiosk payment processing as described in the vendor case study. Operational scope was focused on the Donaghadee site, impacting ordering, payment reconciliation, and upsell workflows within the mobile and in store ordering experience, with platform configuration and app branding used to govern transactions and vendor fee accounting.
