In 2019, Farmexim deployed CRISoft CROS ERP as its core ERP Financial application to centralize procurement and hospital sales transaction workflows. Operational integrations and touchpoints include explicit use of the Romanian public e procurement platform SEAP via the e-licitație.ro channel for tender advertising and bid submission, and use of ONBASE for sending and archiving tender documentation. The system is used across the Hospital Sales Division and branch network for tracking participation guarantees, performance guarantees, auction stage submissions, catalog updates on SEAP, and recording communications and tender outcomes within the CRISoft application.

Functional capabilities implemented included inventory control, stock ledger initialization, receiving, put away, picking and shipping workflows, and configurable process checks consistent with Warehouse Management functional patterns.
Integrations centered on interfacing the Szeged Pharmalog WMS with Farmexim internal systems, notably ERP Crisoft Financial ERP CROS related components, and custom Oracle based applications and jobs used for data exchange and batch processing. Reporting and analytical workflows were supported through internal report tooling and Qlik based reporting activities, while database structure analysis and interface tooling were developed to sustain data consistency across accounting, commercial, finance and sales systems.
