Operational coverage focused on accounts, warehouse, service delivery and contracts administration and the initial rollout included cross functional user involvement to validate project and inventory workflows.
Governance was restructured to support automated approvals and stronger version control, the warehouse team confirms receipts inside the system before accounts approve invoices which creates a digital audit trail and clearer accountability. Rollout was iterative, with regular communication between Momentum and FarmMark subject matter users, and the program remains in a consolidation phase six months after go live while the business prepares to onboard Santrev into the same instance.
Documented outcomes explicitly reported by FarmMark include one system for two businesses moving towards consolidated reporting, real time project management with improved visibility for forecasting and job costing, improved inventory processing that creates a clear audit trail, and automated workflows that increase team efficiency.
