In 2016 Fashion House Russia deployed the i-systems eCommerce platform to launch the FASHION HOUSE Online Shopping marketplace, an eCommerce implementation serving Russia and CEE for outlet-centre tenants. The platform was established as a flash sales and outlet marketplace model to enable tenant sellers to operate within a centralized online storefront and coordinate inventory and order flows across multiple outlet centers. The deployment implemented marketplace and flash-sales features alongside tenant management capabilities, order management workflows, and customer relationship functions. The i-systems eCommerce platform provided seller-facing onboarding and administration modules, buyer-facing catalog and flash-sale promotion controls, and integrated order lifecycle handling for tenant sellers. Operational architecture used a multi-tenant marketplace model to segment outlet-centre tenants while centralizing core services such as order orchestration and customer service processes, supporting regional coverage across Russia and CEE. The solution included logistics integration points to coordinate fulfillment and delivery for tenant sellers and structured order routing and tracking to align seller orders with logistics partners. Governance and operational processes were reorganized around tenant management, with defined seller onboarding and account administration workflows and role based access for outlet-centre managers and marketplace operators. Transactional and customer support processes were standardized to allow tenant sellers to operate within the shared marketplace environment while central teams managed marketplace catalog, promotions, and logistics coordination.
