Rollout occurred in 2023, focused on automating routine safety workflows and improving hazard mitigation through standardized data capture and project level visibility. Governance changes established centralized safety reporting and consistent workflows for inspections and corrective actions, improving cross site comparability of safety data. The implementation was positioned to provide faster project specific decision making and improved hazard mitigation as described in the implementation notes.
