The implementation concentrated on core manufacturing ERP capabilities, including order to cash, material requirements planning, inventory control and production scheduling, with system parametrization led by internal ERP specialists. The deployment aligned TeamSystem Industry with Teamsystem MES backend and frontend components for shop floor execution, and leveraged Microsoft SQL Server for centralized data storage and reporting. Configuration work referenced established enterprise applications used across the group such as Teamsystem Alyante, Navision 17 and Navision 18, Informa modules Infordini Infoplan Filtro Infotrasp, and Greycon planning and trim optimisation software to preserve planning and scheduling workflows.
