In 2021, Fgr Brazil implemented LG Global Payroll from LG lugar de gente as its Payroll solution. The engagement addressed payroll and time management for FGR Incorporações, a Brazil based construction and real estate firm with approximately 750 employees and reported revenue of 200000000.
The deployment configured LG Global Payroll and implemented the Gen.te Recebe Folha de Pagamento payroll module together with the Gen.te Monitora time management module to digitize payroll calculation, time capture, and payroll close workflows. Configuration work focused on payroll rule mapping, pay element and deduction setup, time to payroll reconciliation, and automation of routine payroll calculations consistent with Payroll system capabilities.
The payroll and time modules were implemented as coordinated capabilities to establish a connected time to pay workflow inside LG Global Payroll, consolidating time collection and payroll processing. Operational scope covered HR and payroll operations across FGRs Brazil operations, centralizing processing and standardizing time capture to payroll inputs.
Governance and process changes emphasized digitizing HR procedures and standardizing payroll close governance, documented in LG lugar de gente's 2021 case study. Those changes reduced payroll close times from up to ten days to 2 to 3 days and improved transparency in payroll operations, according to the case study.
