Fibercop Technographics, Software Purchases, AI and Digital Transformation Initiatives
Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by Fibercop and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 18276 Fibercop employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that Fibercop has purchased the following applications: Oracle Autonomous AI Database for AI Database in 2026, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for Application Hosting and Computing Services in 2026 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems Fibercop is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with Oracle or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing Fibercop revenues, which have grown to $3.78 billion in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for Fibercop intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

In 2026, FiberCop implemented Oracle Autonomous AI Database as its AI Database on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The deployment followed a 2025 evaluation in which FiberCop selected Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Interconnect for Microsoft Azure to meet stringent performance and cloud interoperability requirements for its national fiber network.
The implementation paired Oracle Autonomous AI Database with Oracle Data Guard to provide automated lifecycle management, high availability, and synchronous replication for critical telecom workloads. Oracle Autonomous AI Database was configured to leverage autonomous provisioning, AI-driven query and indexing optimizations, and workload-aware resource scaling to support low-latency application delivery for network management and customer-facing services.
Integration used Oracle Interconnect for Microsoft Azure to establish direct cloud-to-cloud connectivity with Microsoft Azure, enabling sub-two-millisecond latency between Azure-hosted services and the Autonomous AI Database. Oracle Data Guard was used to achieve maximum availability through synchronous replication and automated failover, supporting faster application delivery to households, businesses, and public administration across FiberCop's coverage area.
Operational governance centralized database provisioning, standardized automated patching and backup policies, and reduced manual DBA interventions to streamline rollouts across FiberCop environments. The combined architecture of Oracle Autonomous AI Database, Oracle Data Guard, and Oracle Interconnect for Microsoft Azure delivered the explicitly stated outcomes of maximum availability, sub-two-millisecond latency, and faster application delivery.
