Integration used Oracle Interconnect for Microsoft Azure to establish direct cloud-to-cloud connectivity with Microsoft Azure, enabling sub-two-millisecond latency between Azure-hosted services and the Autonomous AI Database. Oracle Data Guard was used to achieve maximum availability through synchronous replication and automated failover, supporting faster application delivery to households, businesses, and public administration across FiberCop's coverage area. Operational governance centralized database provisioning, standardized automated patching and backup policies, and reduced manual DBA interventions to streamline rollouts across FiberCop environments. The combined architecture of Oracle Autonomous AI Database, Oracle Data Guard, and Oracle Interconnect for Microsoft Azure delivered the explicitly stated outcomes of maximum availability, sub-two-millisecond latency, and faster application delivery.
