In 2024, Figo Pasta deployed Zuppler Online Ordering in an on premise configuration at its FIGO on the go location in Atlanta, United States. The deployment uses Zuppler Online Ordering as an Online Food Ordering System to digitize takeout operations and centralize customer ordering at self service kiosks. The implementation combined Zuppler kiosk ordering with Zuppler KDS capabilities and physical pickup lockers to create an integrated on premise ordering and fulfillment architecture. Kiosk interfaces captured orders and payment, orders were routed in real time to the KDS for kitchen execution, and pickups were coordinated through locker orchestration and order status tracking. Functional modules configured included kiosk UI workflows, KDS ticket routing and sequencing, order status notifications, and pickup workflow orchestration. Operational scope was concentrated on takeout operations at the FIGO on the go site, affecting front of house ordering and back of house kitchen processes. Governance centered on changing in store workflows to support kiosk adoption, KDS driven kitchen sequencing, and locker management for customer pickup. The case study documents improved order accuracy and reports a 14% increase in kiosk order revenue and an 8% rise in average check size following the Zuppler kiosk and KDS implementation.
