Process documentation was created to train staff and standardize procedures, and payroll processing time was streamlined from eight hours to one hour. Operational data work included converting automatic deductions from an old bank account to a new bank account and performing monthly reconciliation of bank and balance sheet accounts within NetSuite. The implementation supported the rollout of new benefit plans for medical, dental, vision, and HSA, with benefit deductions entered and reconciled in the ERP. Governance and workflow restructuring emphasized end to end documentation, employee training on NetSuite processes, and HR support for employment law questions tied to benefits administration. The project completed the transition of the General Ledger from Intuit QuickBooks Online to Oracle NetSuite ERP and established standardized month end reconciliation and accounts payable controls.
