Implementation scope covered accounts, business intelligence and reporting, CRM, store and till management, warehouse operations and customer service functions across Finisterre's retail and distribution footprint. The selection emphasized a unified platform for transaction processing and reporting rather than a multi‑tool landscape.
OrderWise ERP System was configured to house modules for accounts and financial processing, business intelligence and reporting, CRM, store and till management, mobile WMS HHT device support, kitting, pick rules, returns handling, stock replenishment and transfers. Configuration work included inventory control and kitting flows, pick rule definition for order fulfillment, returns workflows and POS integration for store level transaction capture. Mobile WMS HHT devices supported handheld transaction capture for receiving, picking and stock movements within the warehouse and store backrooms.
Integrations were implemented to connect couriers and ecommerce channels into the OrderWise order management and fulfillment flows. Ecommerce order streams were routed into the ERP Financial order processing and WMS, while courier integrations linked dispatch, label generation and tracking updates to shipment records. The integration footprint tied fulfillment and outbound logistics to finance, inventory and customer service processes.
Governance activities centered on centralizing master data, standardizing transactional controls and aligning reporting conventions across accounts, inventory and retail operations. Workflows for replenishment, transfers and returns were standardized within the OrderWise environment to ensure consistent orchestration between stores, warehouse and finance. Operational scope spanned retail store operations, warehouse fulfillment, finance and customer service functions across Finisterre’s UK sites.
