Tietoevry Legacy Tietoevry 360 Training System Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2020 2021
In 2020, the Finnish Olympic Committee began piloting the Tietoevry 360 Training System. The system was developed in cooperation with Tietoevry to provide athlete and coach-facing data collection, analytics and visualisation for elite sports performance, positioned within the Analytics and BI category and focused on sports performance analytics in Finland. The Tietoevry 360 Training System implementation centers on modules for athlete data capture, coaching dashboards, time series analytics and visualisation layers that surface training load and recovery signals. Configuration supports real time monitoring, longitudinal athlete profiling and coach-facing decision workflows, with analytics instruments designed to translate raw sensor and manual input into operational views for coaching staff. Operational coverage targets national programs in Finland, supporting coaches and athletes across elite sports and contributing to a national sports data resource. The solution has been piloted and expanded since 2020, and it is used to monitor training load and recovery to inform coaching decisions and to centralize sports performance records. Governance emphasis in the rollout centers on data management and standardized performance reporting, establishing intake, retention and visualization practices across teams. Rollout has followed an iterative pilot to expansion pattern since 2020, aligning analytics workflows with coaching processes and national sports data aggregation.
