In 2022, Finproject implemented Zucchetti Ad Hoc Infinity ERP in the ERP Financial category, engaging Tecnodata Srl to deliver a cloud native, group wide management platform. Finproject spa, a Versalis ENI company with 11 operational and production units across Italy, Mexico, Canada, India, China, and Romania, defined the program to support rapid internationalization and unified management standards across production, finance, and supply chain.
The deployment of Zucchetti Ad Hoc Infinity ERP covered a broad set of functional modules and customizations, including production management for DiBa processes, work cycles, MRP, ODL and OCL handling, subcontracting workflows, and a bespoke Clear to Build feasibility and planning system driven by raw material inventories and orders. Financial and analytical capabilities were implemented for cost and revenue accounting and responsibility center analytical accounting, complemented by customer risk management for DSO and DMO, business intelligence for customized accounting analysis, and a customer care dashboard for online delivery verification and automated Transport Order issuance.
Integrations were implemented between Zucchetti Ad Hoc Infinity ERP and the customer MES, WMS, order entry systems, weighing and manufacturing systems, a maintenance application, and the EPI product certification system to support international compliance. The program included document dematerialization via a document management system covering electronic invoicing, digital signatures, and digital substitutive archiving, and delivered local accounting localizations and digital compliance with SAT for Mexico and SAF T for Romania to support onshore regulatory requirements.
Governance and process reengineering used Business Process Management to configure and upload master data such as customers, suppliers, and items, and to standardize bill of materials, document workflow, warehouse, and production processes across the Group. The implementation created a single corporate virtual workspace accessible from desktop and mobile devices, enabling real time sharing and validation of data in a single repository, standardization of management standards, increased monitoring and control, and higher automation by eliminating duplicate data entry and transcription errors.
