Fire Fly Technographics
Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by Fire Fly and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 10 Fire Fly employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that Fire Fly has purchased the following applications: Cisco Webex Meetings for Audio Video and Web Conferencing in 2020, Salesforce Sales Cloud for Sales Automation, CRM, Sales Engagement in 2021, Ansys Thermal Desktop for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in 2024 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems Fire Fly is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with Cisco Systems , Microsoft , Salesforce or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing Fire Fly revenues, which have grown to $1.0 million in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for Fire Fly intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

In 2024 Fire Fly implemented Ansys Thermal Desktop for spacecraft thermal-centric modeling to study conduction, convection, and radiation across full-mission scenarios. The deployment aligns with the Apps Category .
Ansys Thermal Desktop was configured to support mission-level thermal analysis workflows, emphasizing conduction network modeling, radiation exchange and transient thermal simulation across vehicle subsystems. Configuration focused on assembling thermal models that span payload bays, structural interfaces and thermal control elements, enabling scenario-based simulation across launch, orbital operations and lunar landing profiles.
The implementation was applied to analyze Blue Ghost orbital and lunar landing thermal environments, and to inform thermal control subsystem and heat shield design decisions. Operational coverage was centered on engineering and product design teams in the United States, with models exercised to produce mission-wide thermal predictions used in subsystem trade studies.
Governance centered on engineering ownership of thermal models and scenario definitions, with model outputs feeding design iteration and verification activities. Fire Fly used Ansys Thermal Desktop to provide more accurate mission-wide thermal predictions that directly informed heat-shield sizing and thermal control strategies.
