Fiserv Legacy Fiserv iVue Data Warehouse Analytics and BI n/a 2015 2016
In 2015 First Seacoast Bank implemented Fiserv iVue as a Data Warehouse. The deployment established a centralized repository for banking data within the bank's FISERV processing ecosystem to support account document management and business analytics. Fiserv iVue was provisioned on the bank's virtual infrastructure managed under VMware, with backup and disaster recovery processes maintained onsite and offsite using Veeam. Configuration focused on ingest and indexing of core processor outputs from modules identified by bank IT, including Cleartouch, Director, Navigator, Commercial Lending, EOM, and Business Analytics, to enable consolidated reporting and document retrieval. Standard Data Warehouse capabilities such as ETL staging, document management indexing, and role based access controls were configured to align with banking operations. Operational ownership rested with the bank's IT team, including the Network Administrator and the Information Technology Operations Manager, who administered application installation and updates for Fiserv iVue and coordinated with the Deposit Operations team for account document updates. Governance included dual control for WAN and LAN administration, scheduled system checklists and audit monitoring, and enforcement of endpoint security and firewall rule monitoring to support regulatory compliance. Integration and operational coverage remained internal to the bank's systems and teams, leveraging existing virtualization, backup, and security tooling.
