In 2014, First Texas Homes implemented TimberScan from Core Associates an AvidXchange Company to consolidate invoice processing under an AP Automation platform. The deployment targeted the company accounting function, with explicit operational scope covering weekly and monthly invoice processing, full cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable related touchpoints, and transactional bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations and journal entries.
TimberScan was configured to support invoice capture, validation, approval routing, and document archival consistent with AP Automation best practices.
