Fisher'S Technology used white label and demo capabilities to package and present unified communications services under its own brand, aligning meeting, presence and telephony workflows for resale and customer trials. Operational coverage focused on multi location service delivery to Fisher'S customer base across the United States, with the MSP using the platform to standardize onboarding, sales demonstrations and ongoing support processes. The deployment began when Fisher'S became an Intermedia customer in 2016 and produced stated benefits of improved reliability and stronger customer support for Fisher'S service operations.
