In 2023, Fix247 Ltd implemented OGL Profit4 to consolidate its finance and distribution workflows, replacing Sage 50 as the core accounting tool. The deployment targeted the companywide finance function, with an explicit objective to save significant time and drive their business forward using a dedicated ERP Financial application.
The implementation of OGL Profit4 ERP Financial focused on standard financial modules and distribution-aligned capabilities, including the nominal ledger, purchase ledger, sales ledger, stock control and order processing, together with reporting and multi-user role configuration. System configuration emphasized chart of accounts alignment, transaction posting rules, and operational workflows to support order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
Data migration from Sage 50 was completed as part of cutover activities, with master data consolidation and historic transaction mapping to OGL Profit4. Operational coverage extended across finance, purchasing, sales order processing and warehouse functions within the UK distribution operation, enabling integrated transactional processing and centralized financial reporting.
