Magaya Legacy Magaya Supply Chain Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management SCM n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 Flash Air Cargo implemented Magaya Supply Chain, a Supply Chain Management,Logistics Management application, to centralize core logistics operations for its Miami based freight unit. The deployment aligned with operational responsibilities managed by the Assistant Manager Logistics and focused on routing shipments to Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic, shipment labeling, billing administration, and TSA compliance tracking. Magaya Supply Chain was configured to support collection route coordination, creation of identification labels for shipments, manifesting, billing workflows, and cargo tracking consistent with logistics management practices. The implementation leveraged Magaya Logistics Management capabilities to drive day to day shipping execution and exception handling, enabling staff to manage and resolve shipping and delivery issues through the application. Operational coverage was concentrated on the Miami site with direct operational impact on shipping, billing, tracking, and regulatory compliance functions. Governance and operational ownership rested with the on site logistics management team, who used Magaya Supply Chain for label generation, shipment reconciliation, billing management, and TSA compliance monitoring, resulting in efficient and accurate management of shipping, billing, and tracking of all cargo as reported.
