In 2024, Flat River Group deployed Rithum Inventory Management to centralize inventory, listings and pricing for multichannel commerce. Rithum Inventory Management, classified as Inventory Management, was used to enable expansion to Walmart, Target, eBay, Macy's and other marketplaces without adding IT headcount in the United States.
The implementation focused on modules for inventory synchronization, channel listing management and pricing automation, supporting real time stock synchronization and automated inventory feeds across multiple fulfillment models. Configuration work emphasized feed orchestration, SKU mapping and inventory threshold rules to harmonize stock state across direct to consumer and marketplace channels.
Rithum was connected to marketplace channels through automated feeds and channel connectors to propagate listings, stock levels and price updates. Operational coverage included commerce operations, marketplace listings, pricing governance and fulfillment coordination across the United States, with platform access primarily for merchandising and operations teams.
Governance was centralized through the Rithum Inventory Management console, introducing standardized feed schedules and automated update workflows to reduce manual listing and inventory reconciliation activities. The deployment enabled Flat River Group to scale into new marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, eBay and Macy's without increasing IT headcount.
