Oracle Legacy Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Preventive Maintenance Cycle Plant Maintenance ERP Services and Operations Terillium 2020 2020
In 2020 Flatiron Construction implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Preventive Maintenance Cycle as part of an EnterpriseOne 9.2 upgrade across its heavy civil construction and fleet operations. The deployment addressed Plant Maintenance needs and followed a migration from JD Edwards World to EnterpriseOne 9.2, aligning preventive maintenance workflows with field equipment telemetry in North America. Implementation centered on the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Preventive Maintenance Cycle together with Capital Asset Management and Orchestrator. Flatiron configured the Capital Asset Management module and the Preventive Maintenance capability to hold asset records and scheduled maintenance plans, while Orchestrator was configured to generate and route work orders automatically when maintenance triggers occurred. Architecturally the solution integrated field telematics into EnterpriseOne using Orchestrator as the event orchestration layer, the integration documented in a Terillium case study. Equipment signals from on-site telematics invoke preventive maintenance work orders, the Orchestrator messages create PM transactions, and the CAM module maintains the asset and work order lifecycle to support field and office coordination. Governance and rollout emphasized standardized maintenance workflows and orchestration rules, Terillium provided implementation services for the Orchestrator and IoT integration per the partner case study. Operational coverage focused on maintenance and operations teams across North America, with changes to work order creation and routing processes to support automated, signal-driven maintenance. The implementation produced improved uptime and tighter field-office integration in North America as documented in the case study, with preventive maintenance actions driven directly by equipment signals rather than manual triggers.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2022 2022
Flatiron Construction implemented Microsoft 365 in 2022 as its primary Collaboration platform, deploying Microsoft 365 across its corporate environment for enterprise email, team collaboration, and document management while also surfacing Microsoft 365 content on its public website. The company context includes approximately 3000 employees in construction and real estate operations, which frames the deployment as a broad corporate collaboration initiative rather than a narrow pilot. The Microsoft 365 deployment centers on standard Collaboration capabilities, including Exchange Online for email, Microsoft Teams for synchronous and asynchronous teamwork, SharePoint Online for intranet and document libraries, OneDrive for Business for user file sync, and the Office productivity suite for authoring and collaboration. Configuration emphasis is placed on content management, permissions and access controls, and collaboration workflows that support project teams, field-to-office coordination, and corporate communications. Architecturally the implementation aligns with a cloud-first Microsoft 365 tenant model, with centralized administration and governance over user provisioning, access policies, and content lifecycle to support consistent collaboration practices. The public website integration indicates a use of Microsoft 365 services to publish or surface collaboration-enabled content externally, and governance measures are inferred to include role-based access and policy controls to manage corporate collaboration at scale.

Crazy Egg Legacy Crazy Egg Marketing Analytics CRM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Flatiron Construction implemented Crazy Egg as part of its Marketing Analytics footprint to instrument user behavior on the corporate website. The Crazy Egg implementation is delivered through a site-level JavaScript snippet that captures page-level interaction data, enabling page snapshot configuration and ongoing visual analysis across public site pages. Crazy Egg is used to generate heatmaps and click maps and to record session playbacks, providing visual analytics that inform page-level optimization and content placement decisions. The Crazy Egg deployment supports functional workflows typical for Marketing Analytics, including heatmaps, scrollmaps, confetti-style click segmentation, session recordings, and simple A B testing and funnel observations to surface usability issues. Operational ownership centers on the digital marketing and web operations teams, with configured snapshot dashboards and scheduled snapshot cadence for review by marketing and UX stakeholders. Governance focuses on tag governance and page-level snapshot configuration to ensure consistent data capture across the site, and Crazy Egg is referenced by marketing, web analytics, and UX teams for conversion and engagement analysis.
