The implementation supports production of HR MI, FTE and statistical reports used for weekly and monthly board reporting, while HR advisors use PeopleHR ATS as the primary HRIS for maintaining colleague files and compiling notes from probation, performance and absence meetings. Governance of the PeopleHR ATS deployment centers on process ownership by the Head of People MLS and designated HR advisors, with stewardship covering onboarding, leavers and case management workflows. System use is integrated into existing HR case procedures, meeting cadence and reporting obligations to ensure personnel documentation, reference completion and routine HR administration are captured in the Applicant Tracking System.
