Operational scope covered sales and operations functions across the UK, creating a single transactional view to support order to cash and fulfilment workflows. Governance and process changes centralized sales and stock workflows inside the CRM, shifting routine stock reconciliation tasks into automated synchronization and supporting more data driven sales activity. The vendor case study documents reduced manual stock work and improved pipeline visibility as outcomes of the Prospectsoft CRM integration with Unleashed and Mintsoft.
