In 2021 Flint Group implemented Motus Protect to centralize reimbursement and reporting for part of its vehicle program, placing the rollout within its Workforce Management environment. The deployment used Motus Protect as the application to consolidate vehicle reimbursement workflows and to introduce MVR and insurance monitoring into operational reporting.
Functional implementation concentrated on centralizing reimbursement orchestration and consolidated reporting for finance and HR, with configuration focused on reimbursement rules, reporting templates, and monitoring alerts consistent with Workforce Management workflows. Motus Protect was positioned to surface MVR and insurance monitoring data into those controls and reports, aligning monitoring with reimbursement processing and exception handling.
Operational scope covered finance and HR teams in North America, and Motus cites Flint Group program leadership praising the implementation. Motus reports indicate the program produced substantial cost reductions and administrative efficiencies for those teams, and Motus Protect adoption is inferred from Motus customer quotes and the platform's integrated Protect messaging rather than from a named public case study.
