Governance and process restructuring relied on operator-driven content ownership and TPM-aligned categorization, shifting responsibility for knowledge capture to frontline teams and establishing a closed-loop feedback cadence via Factory Feed and monthly shop-floor review meetings. The digital training tracker and operator-authored instructions changed the training workflow by turning observed OEM procedures into standardized digital assets and by linking competency records to task checklists and forms. Explicit outcomes reported by Flora are operational and safety focused, and were captured within the first year of use. Commissioning completed 30% faster, onboarding time fell by 30%, more than 50 issues were posted and resolved in the first month, operators authored over 250 digital work instructions in year one avoiding $300,000 in external documentation costs, more than 50,000 digital forms were generated annually eliminating paper processes, and the plant recorded zero critical safety incidents during the first year of production.
