In 2020 Florida Life Real Estate implemented Brokermint for Real Estate Property Management. The New Smyrna Beach, Florida brokerage used Brokermint to centralize transaction operations for a small team of about 10 employees.
The Brokermint deployment focused on transaction management, checklist automation, agent onboarding workflows, and calendar coordination so agents could run transactions without dedicated transaction coordinators. Configuration prioritized agent-facing onboarding modules and automated checklists to move files through defined transaction stages and reduce manual handoffs.
Operational coverage centered on agent workflows and transaction execution, and the firm had been using Brokermint for about a year as of October 2021. The implementation included a front-to-back integration with BoomTown to align CRM-driven lead and listing activity with transaction flows.
Governance shifted toward agent-owned transaction processes with Brokermint serving as the operational system of record for checklists and calendars. Florida Life Real Estate cited faster agent adoption and uninterrupted operations during staff turnover as key outcomes following the Brokermint Real Estate Property Management rollout.
