In 2019, FlyArystan Kazakhstan implemented Hitit Airline Passenger Service System to support its launch as a low cost carrier in Central Asia. The deployment emphasized passenger services, online booking and multi channel distribution to establish retailing and operational capabilities for the new airline.
The implementation centered on Hitit's Crane PSS, marketed as Crane PAX, and included an Internet Booking Engine, a Departure Control System and a Weight and Balance module. Configuration work focused on standard Passenger Service Systems workflows such as reservations and inventory control, e commerce retailing and channel-aware inventory distribution, check in and boarding processes, and aircraft load planning using weight and balance capabilities.
Operational coverage combined commercial, reservations and ground operations functions across FlyArystan's Kazakhstan operations, aligning booking workflows with departure control and weight and balance procedures to support day one operations. Governance and rollout were oriented around launch sequencing and multi channel distribution enablement, and the program aimed explicitly to improve operational efficiency and retailing for the Kazakhstan LCC.
