In 2021 Facilities Master Technical Works implemented TrueBays StackFX ERP, adopting the application within the ERP Financial category to centralize core business operations for its facility management services in the United Arab Emirates. The deployment objective was to consolidate sales, purchase, inventory, finance, HR and payroll functions into a single cloud delivered platform to support electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and building systems maintenance workflows.
TrueBays StackFX ERP was configured to deliver a modular set of capabilities. The Sales Management module covers sales inquiries, quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, sales invoices and sales returns. The Purchase Management capability standardizes procurement workflows for sourcing materials and services from suppliers and vendors. Inventory Management provides unified tracking from manufacturers to warehouses and to points of service, with physical stock verification, stock transfer workflows and automated shortage warnings. Finance management centralizes financial reporting and control, and the HRMS includes attendance, leave management, salary disbursement, payroll and visa handling functions.
Implementation was delivered on the TrueBays cloud platform, creating a single data model accessible across sales, procurement, warehouse, finance and human resources teams. Operational coverage targeted the core business functions within FM Tech, enabling cross functional transaction flows between procurement, inventory and finance without introducing external named integrations. Configuration emphasized module interoperability, master data alignment and role based access across departmental boundaries.
Governance for the rollout focused on customization to FM Tech workflows and a time bound delivery model, with process alignment across sales, purchasing, inventory and HR operations. TrueBays provided a tailored StackFX ERP configuration to meet FM Tech requirements and to help the company gain control over their business within the agreed time limit.
